    » Basic salaries for all these positions range from SR 4000 to SR 15000 ( depending on candidate's education & experience ).

    » There are fix monthly allowances of Housing (SR 535), Food (SR 507) & Transport (SR 382).

Engineer:
1. B. S. in Engineering in Civil/Structure, Electrical/Instrumentation, Mechanical/Piping or other.
2. Nine years or seven years or five years experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry, such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as expert in his field.
3. A thorough knowledge of English is required to perform work as described and make clear and concise verbal and written reports and keep up with technical advancements. Arabic not required, but desirable for incumbents in this position.
4. Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, U.S. and Saudi Codes, Standards and Specifications.
 
Cost Analyst:
 

Alternate I

  1. B.S. in Engineering or Professional Engineering (PE) registration.
  2. Seven years or five years or three years cost engineering experience including at least three years devoted petrochemical, refinery, pipeline or power generation projects. Must be familiar with construction practices, materials and equipment.
  3. Must have the ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
Alternate II
  1. Certified by Institute of Building, Institute of Quantity Surveying, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, HNC & HND.
  2. Ten years or eight years cost or six years engineering experience including at least five years concentrated towards heavy industrial capital projects. Must be familiar with construction practices, materials and equipment.
  3. Must have the ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
 
Scheduling Analyst:
» B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or closely related specialty with three years or two years responsible planning and scheduling experience OR Degree in Engineering field or business or must have 10 years experience with HNC or equivalent plus advanced training in computer and scheduling techniques and practices.
» Five years responsible planning and scheduling experience in either petrochemical, construction, heavy or high technology industries required. International experience highly desirable. Experience in Critical Path Network Analysis (esp. automated system) required OR At least seven years responsible supervisory experience in cost control and/or scheduling, including implementation and management of FAST and FACT programs, including 3 years engineering and construction experience in the field on petrochemical or related work.
» Must be able to communicate fluently in both oral and written English.
» Have exposure to Project Management practices; computer capabilities; current planning and scheduling techniques and standards, methods and procedures. Must be a confident, responsible individual able to perform independently.
 
Construction Specialist:
» Secondary School plus advanced technical training such as engineering design, HNC
» A minimum of 15 years or 12 years or 8 years experience in the construction field with a minimum of 3 years or 2 years in a supervisory position equivalent to craft foreman.
» Good in written and oral English.
 
Materials Specialist:
» College Degree/Secondary School Diploma with ten years or seven years relevant work experience or experience as a craftsman in a specialized construction craft. OR Secondary school diploma with 15 years relevant experience in one of the following: Construction design or project planning, materials procurement, materials control or materials scheduling/forecasting.
OR Secondary School Graduate with 10 years experience in materials procurement, materials handling, inventory control, traffic and forecasting, materials take off and scheduling
» Good in written and oral English.
» Thorough knowledge of inventory control principles and forecasting systems
 
Superintendent:
» Secondary School plus advanced technical training such as HNC or on-the-job training and experience in the work area under his supervision.
»Previous satisfactory record as Assistant Superintendent, Field Construction Engineer, or Job Coordinator or Foreman or Craftsman. At least 15 years or 12 years responsible construction experience including 5 years or 3 years in supervisory position.
 
Communications Project Engineer:
» Must have a B.S.E.E. Degree with 7 years work experience of which a minimum of 5 years experience is in communications systems as Field Engineer with Specific engineering experience.
 
Designer:
» ending on the specific field for which the Designer is required, he shall have training in this specific field such as Mechanical Engineering (Piping or Structural Design), Electrical Engineering (Electrical/Instrumentation Designer), Civil Engineering (Civil Designer), or other recognized vocations obtained through 4 years of college education (or HNC/HND + 6 years experience).
» Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
 
Construction Safety Advisor:
» Secondary School Graduate
» 10 years of heavy construction experience, preferably in the petrochemical or process areas.
» Good in written and oral English.
» Knowledge of applicable Saudi and U.S. construction standards, codes and regulations.
» Membership in the recognized professional safety society such as the Institute of Industrial Safety Officer is desirable.
 
Assistant Engineer:
» High School plus 2 years of technical school (or ITC equivalent).
» 8 years of heavy construction experience or 5 years of engineering support experience preferably in petrochemical or process areas.
» Good in written and oral English.
» Should be able to utilize Main Frame, P.C. & Word Processor.
 
Industrial Engineer:
» BS degree in “Industrial Engineering “Master degree is preferred
» One to three years of work experience in the IE field with a concentration in “Business Process Improvement “
» Versed in process improvement tools e.g. process mapping, simulation & Modeling, statistical analysis, Lean six sigma etc.
 
Aviation Facilities Engineer:
» Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
» Minimum of 5 years professional experience in airport runways pavement, Engineering, inspection and maintenance.
» Thorough knowledge of runway’s pavement classifications and specifications.
 
Maintenance Planner:
» Mechanical Engineering Degree holder
» Maintenance experience minimum 5 years. Capable of understanding and review design packages.
» High experience with material procurement and work planning
» Good knowledge of Primavera and MS Projects programs OR knowledge of updating P&ID’s and reflecting “as built” drawings.
 
Engineer (PE Certification):
» Engineering degree with PE certification.
» Minimum of 5 years experience of which 3 years in oil industry and technical writing.
» Excellent knowledge in MS Office Tools and software.
 
Marine Engineer:
» BS degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
» Related experience in Marine Engineering
 
Civil Engineer:
» B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
» 10 years experience related to design and construction of Civil Engineering Structures including buildings, steel pipe racks and equipment foundations in the oil and petrochemical industry.
» Computer skills including familiarity with STAAD Pro. Basic knowledge of geometrical engineering and excellent interpersonal skills.
 
Engineer (Security Systems Project Development):
» Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering
» 4 years of relevant experience.
» Familiarity with Computer Systems, desktop and computer software.
» Experience with project environments.
 
Program Development & Evaluation Analyst:
» Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Instructional Technology. Master’s degree desirable.
» Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Word, Power Point, MS Project Desirable & Any additional LAN or Web skills would also be of interest.
» Three years experience in training or vocational/academic education, including 3 years professional experience in training program development & evaluation.
» Experience in the structured development of performance/based/criterion/ referenced instructional materials and be aware of evaluation methodologies.
» Experience in online testing would be welcomed.
