1. MECHANICS
»
Accredited as an automobile technician –
Certified Technician by Toyota
Minimum Diagnostic or Master Technician certificate
preferred »
Experience in petrol or diesel engines minimum
4-6 years in Japanese vehicles »
Experience with all necessary aspects of vehicles
mechanisms and systems »
Minimum Qualifications : automobile diploma
»
Ability to work independently »
Trouble shooting »
Ability to read technical manuals and write
technical reports
Computer knowledge : able to write reports
and use intelligent tester
2. Electrical technician

Accredited as an automobile technician-

4. Controller

Qualified as master technician or professional
technician
Certified Technician by Toyota Minimum Diagnostic

Minimum five years experience in Japanese

Posses good technical back ground »
Posses good time management ability »
Posses good communication skills »
Good management skills »
Able to Trouble shoot & Train other Technician

Able to write the proper technical reports
»
Able to manage and supervise the group of
technician achieving maximum productivity

Contribute to total customer satisfaction
through ensuring proper distribution and execution
of all repair orders and sublet repair

Maintain minimum number of repeat repairs
»
Contribute to efficient service operation
by reducing the causes of and the time taken
for job stoppages »
Lead , control and motivate the service technicians
